Seima Construction was set up in 1999 by Managing Director Kevin Amies, following 11 years working in both hands-on and managerial roles within the building industry.

Bringing his experience in sales and a passion to provide a quality product to the discerning house purchaser, he has ensured that the Company has built a reputation for producing high quality, individual residential developments within the Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Northamptonshire countryside, on both a contract and developmental basis.
